Scribe is Rāmacandra Phāṭaka, who copied the text in the sacred Hindu pilgrimage center of Vārāṇasī at the Parāśareśvara temple dedicated to the god Śiva, where it meets the Asī river (f. 12v).
Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; significant numbers, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout.
Dated śaka 1761 (1839) (f. 12v).
