Two colored illustrations, one of the elephant-headed Hindu deity Gaṇeśa seated on a lotus flower and flanked by two attendants standing on lotus flowers (f. 1r); the second illustration is of a seated goddess (possibly Lakṣmī), flanked by a single attendant or worshiper (f. 38v).
Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout; vertical margins marked with double red and yellow line.
Written in 6 lines per leaf.
43 leaves foliated 1-43, upper left and lower right verso.
