Note:

Given as a pious endowment (waqf) in 1292 A.H. (note in Persian in ink, f. 1r); several other notes and stamps (f. 1r, 75r), one dated 1120 A.H. (f. 86v).
Paper: Laid paper chain lines occasionally visible in sets of two.

Origin: Copy compled in A.H. Jumādá al-Ākhirah 625 (May 1228) (f. 66r, 86v).
Title supplied by cataloger.
Binding: 13th-century leather, blind-stamped, with replacement flap.
Foliation: Paper, i + 87 + i; [1-87]; some irregular foliation in ink, upper right verso.
Decoration: Numerous diagrams in red ink; rubrications in red.
Script: Written in naskh in black ink; partially pointed.
Layout: Written in 21-24 long lines.
