Title from rubric (f. 1r) and colophon (f. 2r), written without sandhi in both cases (gaṇapati atharvaśīraṣaṃ), and corrected by cataloger.
Written in 15 lines per leaf.
2 leaves foliated 1-2, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: ity upaniṣat // ity atharvaṇavede gaṇapat[ya]tharvaśīraṣaṃ samāptaṃ // śrīgajānanārpaṇamastu // oṃ maktuṇopanāmakaciṃtāmaṇena likhitaṃ // svārthaṃ parārthaṃ ca // (f. 2r).
Scribe is Cintāmaṇa with the family name (upanāma) of Maktuṇa (f. 2r).
Mistakes blacked out; some corrections in margins.
