Incipit: śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ om̐ asya śrīgaṇapati ekākṣaramahāmaṁtravidhiḥ // (f. 1r).
Diagram on f. 2v: oval formed by double lines with "Devadatta" written repeatedly in center, and the akṣara "va" written around the perimeter.
Good condition. Left and right margins formed by double red lines. Mistakes crossed through or blotched out with black. Marginal corrections.
