Script: Written in naskh in black ink; mostly unpointed.

Origin: The item is undated, though transmission notes place the copy in the 12th century; the first transmission note says the copy was heard read by the author on 21 Rabīʻ al-Awwal in the Mosque of Damascus in 536 AH (31 October 1141 CE) (f. 20r).
