Script: Written chiefly in naskh in black ink with sūrah titles in thuluth; pointed and vocalized. Decoration: Inset leaves so textblock is a lighter color; dual page illuminated first opening with the first sūrah written on a scalloped medallion lined in black with white flowers between each line, surrounding the medallion are flowers and vines in pink, purple, red, and green with an outside marginal illumination of a scalloped design chiefly in gold and blue with red, blue and purple...
