Parchment leaf written in 2 columns of 35 lines, ruled. Decoration: Secondary 1- to 2-line initials in red and blue throughout, and primary 7- to 8-line initials with pen-flourishes in margins in blue and red; capitals touched in red. Running title on verso: "lxxxiii" in red.
Imperfect: possibly used as binding fragment; heavily worn and wrickled along the lower edges with signficantly loss of text on both recto and verso.
Purchased by Special Collections, Western Michigan University Libraries from Mackus Company, Chicago, Illinois, in May 2022.
