Parchment, bifolium, 112 x 78 cm (folded to 56 x 39 cm), single column, full pages of square music notation in five five-line staves.
Decoration: Each stave begins with intricate knot-work initials on each page.
Housed in a protective archival box with a lid (70 x 53 cm).
Donated by Karl Schrock, organist and adjunct faculty of WMU School of Music, to WMU Special Collections in 2021. Karl Schrock obtained the bifolium in 1970s from the cathedral of Toledo, Spain.
