Parchment leaf excised from a larger manuscript. Single column, ruled, of square music notation in five five-line staves with text. Page numbering on top left of sheet reads "XXXII".
Decoration: on recto, handpainted monastery with two monks, one in the crenelations and the second figure reclining outside the monastery. Also with leaves and vines. On verso, red enlarged letters.
Housed in a protective archival box with a lid (70 x 53 cm).
Donated by Karl Schrock, organist and adjunct faculty of WMU School of Music, to WMU Special Collections in 2021. Karl Schrock obtained the leaf in 1970s from the cathedral of Toledo, Spain.
