Extent: 1 bifolium : parchment, 272 x 203 mm.

Legal document, possibly an inventory, with a notorial signature.
Written in an early 18th-century French cursive legal script. Two parchment ties are attached to the bifolium.
Produced in France and dated "6 Avril 1720" in a contemporary hand in the upper left corner on folio 1 recto. Also on folio 1 recto: two additional inscriptions in later hands in the left margin; a black-ink stamp comprising a crown and 3 fleur-de-lis on a shield and vine-stem decoration and the words "13S4 Denier Orleans." 4-line inscription on folio 2 recto after the main text.
