Script: Written in Gothic Textura script. Verso of last parchment guard leaf contains incomplete notes in a late 17th-century [?] hand, providing information regarding the pitch intended by single staff lines. Verso of first parchment guard leaf contains ownership inscription "Alfonso Lopez."
