Decoration: 5-line initial: gold background, blue, white letter; 2-line and 1-line initials with gold, red or blue Each side of the leaf with a border in the outer margin, with painted vines and a bird, against a black background Origin: Probably written in France in the last quarter of the fifteenth century.
