Layout, ff. 1-2: Very faint ruling, 27 lines, written-space 150 mm. by approximately 95 mm.; written in dark brown ink, with red or gold capital letters beginning each line. Headings and proper names in alternating capitals in gold and dark red;illuminated coat-of-arms within a strapwork cartouche; fol. 2v blank; stitch holes but disbound.
