Layout: Two columns of thirty-five lines, ruled in brown ink; several sheets of blank parchment inserted into text and numbered by modern hand (fols. 42-49, and fols. 122-127); written area: 202 x 133 mm

Decoration: Two six-line decorated initials with full foliate border in red, blue, and gold (fols. 1r, 2v); three-line decorated initials in red, blue, and gold with foliate extensions throughout; one-line pen-flourished initials in red and blue or blue and gold throughout; marginal drawings by later hands (fols. 72r, 110v, 128v, 129r)
