Collation: Paper (with watermark of a coat of arms: parti per pale escutcheon per fess with upper half of eagle, below lozengy, similar to Piccard 24837-24845), fol. 18 + i ; 18 210 ; 1st half of quire 2 signed 1-4, lower right corner of each recto. Catchwords on lower right corner of final verso of each quire. Modern arabic pencil foliation, upper outer corner of each recto.
Layout: 1 column, 22 lines.
Script: Written in a gothic cursive in black ink with red rubrics.
Binding: 18th-century marbled paper over thin pasteboard.
Origin: Written in northern Germany in the early sixteenth century for the use of Benedictine nuns.
Provenance: 18th-century ownership inscription of "Ant. Koch, theol. cand.(?)" on fol. 1 recto, with marginalia on fol. 2v. Ninth line and part of tenth on 13v struck out in later brown ink.
