Binding: Early parchment over pasteboard, a leaf from a 15th-century choirbook (gradual or antiphonal), 4 staves, Gregorian square notation on a four-line red staff, preserving the responsory "Desiderium animae eius" for the commons of one martyr; tawed leather ties, blank vellum pastedowns.
Origin: Written in Flanders in the second third of the fifteenth century.
