Provenance: On dorse, "No. 952" followed by Spanish text in a later hand beginning "A 3 de las Nonas de Mars...", and at opposite end "No 333" followed by "Als 3 de Mars de 1314 en poder de Berenguer Gomar Not[ari]us de Bar[cel]ona....
