Script: Written in a gothic bookhand in black ink.
Layout: Bounding and writing lines in brown plummet, bounding lines full-length.
Decoration: In the outer margin of the recto, a bird with a banderole reading "Disellen mit mi wande/ren in witten dederai want siis w' dich siin"; in the outer margin of the verso, a bird with a banderole reading "Dat seker h't is altoes blide."
Binding: Housed in an oversize manila folder.
Origin: Written in Flanders, probably Utrecht, in the third quarter of the 15th century.
Provenance: This leaf is quite similar in style and format to BPL MS q Med.86, and appears to be from the same workshop.
Immediate source of acquisition: Acquired in 1992 from Bruce Ferrini.
