Binding: Housed in a thick board folder with cutout mylar window, in an oversize manila folder. Origin: Written in northern France in the late 15th century, possibly for the use of Vienne; the antiphon "Requiem eternam dona," when used as the first antiphon of Matins, suggests that use.
