Script: Written in a Gothic formata in black ink with red rubrics.
Layout: 1 column, 31 lines. Vertical bounding lines only, in black ink and full-length.
Decoration: In the outer margin of the recto, ink-and-wash portraits of the evangelist symbols for Mark (a lion), Luke (a bull) and John (an eagle), each approximately seven lines high.
Binding: Housed in an oversize manila folder.
Origin: Written in Germany in the 1480s, from the same manuscript as BPL MS q Med.179.
Immediate source of acquisition: Acquired in 1957 from Branner's Antikvariat, Stockholm; dealer's notes in pencil on both sides.
