- Binding: Heavy wooden boards covered with blind stamped brown leather. Metal furniture: 6 bosses around the edge and one central boss. Evidence of fore edge closures, now missing.
Figurative details, ff. 1v-98r: f. 2r has an illuminated initial N with a figure of a bishop. In the margin of f. 2r there is a grotesque playing a stringed instrument with a bow, as well as a small face in the foliage.
Other decoration, ff. 1v-98r: f. 2r: gold balls with rays ending in dots.
