Belonged (ca. 1700) to the Benedictines of Notre-Dame-de-Lyre, near Evreux; obtained in Paris (1824) by Sir Thomas Phillipps (no. 2842); his sale (London, 1896, no. 500) to John Henry Ellis; Lawrence W.
