"Iste liber est fratrum Carthusiensium Montis Sancti Beati propre Confluentes," (ca. 1300, referring to the Charterhouse of Beatusberg near Coblentz); bookplate of Dr. J.C. Inglis; sale by Sotheby's (London, June 1, 1908, no. 53) to Maggs; unidentified armorial bookplate with Greek motto "Mnenestheti Mou Kurie."
