Layout: On fol. 25-34, 47-83 written in 4 long lines with border ruled in 4 lines of black, red, and purple ink. On fol. 37-46, written in 4 long lines, with border ruled in 2 lines of red ink.
Script: Written in Devanagari script in black ink by at least 3 hands. Scribe 1, fol. 25-34, 47-83. Scribe 2, fol. 37-46. Scribe 3, fol. 4-5 in a novice hand.
Decoration: 6 full-page miniatures in color and gold on fields of red: fol. 2v, 23v, 60v, 66v, 71v, 79v. Various gods and goddesses are depicted, including Vishnu, Ganesh, and Surya with his charioteer Aruna.
Binding: contemporary pink silk over boards.
Origin: Written in India in the 19th century.
