Collation: Paper, fol. 368 (foliated [21]-378 in Devanagari numerals on verso, final 10 leaves without foliation but damaged in corners; foliation begins with "27" on 7th leaf); sewn through the center in a single quire; now lacking fol. 177, 259-260, 272). Paper is varyingly tinted blue, yellow, red, or brown.
Layout: On fol. 1-222, written in 9-12 long lines, with double-ruled black vertical borders filled in with red. On fol. 223-237 and 274-303, written 11-14 long lines, with doubl-ruled black vertical borders. Script: Written in Devanagari script in black ink by several hands.
