Layout: faint vertical lead lines ; textblock: 362 x 572 mm.
Decoration: One leaf with pen flourished border; square musical notation on 4-line red staff (staff height: 63 mm.).
"LXXVI" written in red ink in upper right-hand corner of recto.
Recto transcribed as: "...sunt a domino, quos redemit de manu inimici de regionibus congregavit." Verso is transcribed as: "eos. Alleluya V. Surre xit domin' et occur..."
