Folios black, with yellow ink; folded concertina- or accordion-style, including covers. Covers with a border formed of additional layers of heavy paper. Probably formerly owned by editor, scholar, and Unitarian clergyman Joseph Henry Allen (pencil note, "from Henry Allen," f. 1r (Weinberger)). Formerly owned by theologian and scholar Morton Scott Enslin (professor at Crozer Theological Seminary, University of Pennsylvania, and St. Lawrence Unversity; visiting professor at Bryn Mawr College and Dropsie College; member and president (1938-1939) of the Philadelphia Oriental Club) (Weinberger).
