Binding: Bound in brown leather over thick pasteboard with flap (Type II); embossed paper onlays of a central mandorla, two pendants on the vertical axis, cornerpieces, and triangles between each set of cornerpieces; blind-tooled frame; blue and white chevron pattern endbands. Origin: The item is undated and unsigned, possibly completed in the second half of the 18th or 19th century.
