Foliation: Coptic foliation in ink, upper left verso; Arabic numeral foliation added in pencil, upper right recto; catchwords every verso, lower left.
Layout: Written in 12 long lines.
Script: Written in Coptic in black ink; Arabic in naskh and thuluth; pointed, partially vocalized.
Decoration: Headpiece in red and black; decorated initial letter (f. 1r); rubrications in red.
Binding: Bound in brown leather over pasteboard (Type III); blind-stamped central mandorla and two pendants on the vertical axis; brown leather spine.
Origin: The copy is undated, perhaps produced in the second half of the 18th or 19th century.
Waqf (donation) statement scrubbed out (f. 29v).
