Binding: Bound in brown leather over pasteboard with blind-stamped central mandorla and two corner-pieces on the vertical axis; black leather spine and edges; brown leather pastedown on back inside cover only. Origin: Copy completed in Muḥarram 962 A.H. (December 1554 CE) by Ibrāhīm ibn ʻAlī al-Ḥusaynī (f. 234r). Formerly owned by Bākīr ibn Muṣṭafá Fūṭī (note in ink, f. 1r). Formerly owned by the Dropsie College for Hebrew and Cognate Learning (library bookplate adhered to paperboard wrapper).
