Layout: 19 lines per page.
Description: Entries in red, green, and indigo ; MS in fair condition; worm-eaten. MS is rare.
Origin: According to colophon copy completed 1056 by Muḥammad ibn ʻAlī ibn Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn Yūnus al-Ḥanafī, known as Ibn al-Shalabī. (fol. 215a).
