Collation: Paper ; fol. ii (second of these is marked "(i)") + 213 (lacking "1") + ii ; catchwords ; foliation in ink using Hindu-Arabic numerals ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 17 lines per page.
Description: Rubricated ; some rubrications flecked with gold ; MS trimmed with some edges folded to preserve notes ; watermarks (sun) ; MS in good condition.
Origin: Fatāwá Muʼayyadʹzādah According to colophon copy completed middle of Shawwāl 1156 by Muḥammad ibn al-Mahdī ibn Muḥammad ibn Yūnus al-Ḥanafī al-Jazāʼirī (fol. 145a). The masāʼil beginning on folio 145b appears to be in the same hand.
