Title from title page. This is the second half of the title: beginning illegible (faded due to water damage).
Physical description: 28 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Light biscuit paper, glossy, with laid and chain lines visible. Laid lines visible on the surface. Fol. 229 apparently later addition, with several inscriptions. First and last folios damaged, with loss of text. Stained due to water damage.
Origin: Copy ("tanmīq wa-taḥrīr wa-taswīd") completed on the day of ʻĪd al-Fiṭr 894 [Aug. 28, 1489] in Urmia (Ūrmiyá) in the Madrasah al-Jalālīyah by ʻAbd al-Karīm ibn ʻUthman ibn Uways (Awīs) ibn Abū Isḥāq ibn Muhammad al-Ānī(?) (colophon, fol. 228b, followed by one verse of poetry).
