21 lines per page. Written in small naskh in black ink with use of red for headings. Light cream thick paper with laid and chain lines visible. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Title on the lower edge of the text block (illegible). Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "ʻAqāʼid 26". Inscription in Arabic scricpt on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 294".
Several ownership statements on fol. 1a, one in the name of Aḥmad Najīb, dated 1284 H. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
