On fol. 1a, several inscriptions, including the entry for Itḥāf al-akhiṣṣā in the Kashf al-ẓunūn, where the author is given as Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Abī Sharīf al-Shāfiʻī al-Miṣrī, d. 900 H., who completed his work in 875 H. Foliation in black ink using Arabic numerals. Title on... Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Ḥadīth 15". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 332". Copy completed on the Thursday of the night of ʻĀshūrā, on 9 Muḥarram 1150 [May 9, 1737] by ʻUthmān ibn ʻUmar ibn ʻAlī ... al-Qudsī al-Ḥanafī (colophon, fol. 150a). Three ownership statements on fol. 1a, in the name of Abū Muḥammad Amīn al-Ḥājj Muṣṭafá Ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Muḥammad ibn Muṣṭafá ..., dated 1155 H.
