19 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. European glazed paper with watermark. Title, obliterated title and ownership statement on fol. 1a ( (the same appears on Garrett no. 4400Y). Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (omits the first fol. and a fol. between fol. 107 and 108).
Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Tawḥīd 45". Inscription in Arabic script on a vertical spine label: "410". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 1291".
