Fol. 1 and 83 in the modern foliation in pencil are later added fly-leaves. Several inscriptions on the pastedown of the upper cover, on fol. 2a-b, on fol. 3b-4a, including verses of poetry... Majority of quinions ; catchword on the verso of each leaf. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "ʻUlūm ---(?) 172". Origin: According to colophon at the end of the list of Suyūṭī's work, copy completed in the middle of Dhū al-Ḥijjah 991 [Dec. 1583] (fol. 82b in the modern foliation, followed by verses of poetry). Almond-shaped seal with inscription in Persian on fol. 3a (repeated on fol. 4a and 4b). Ownership statement in the name of al-Ḥājj Aḥmad ibn Ibrāhīm al-Yā ---?
