Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 581". Collation: Paper, fol. ii, 130, ii ; i (free endpaper) i (endleaf) + 1-1310 + i (endleaf) i (free end paper) ; catchword on the verso of each leaf ; on the first quire: "al-kurrās al-awwal", with mention of the total number of quires (13 ; fol. 1a). Copy completed on 2 Ramaḍān 1118 [Dec. 8, 1706] by Aḥmad al-Ṭarīghī (colophon, fol. 128b). Two ownership statements on fol. 1a, one with seal (completely obliterated), the other reading: "Ömer Efendiʹzade merhum Şeyh Yusuf Efendiʹnindir". Seal on fol. 128b.
