23 lines per page. Written in small shikastah in black ink with use of red. Light cream paper with laid and chain lines visible. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals. A few worm holes with loss of text.
Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "1358/2 Ḥāʼ".
Collation: Paper, fol. 88 ; 1-410 512 610 (-2, between fol. 56-57, with loss of text) 7-810 96 (+2, fol. 81-82); catchword on the verso of each leaf.
