Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red for headings and entries; vocalized; yāʾ for alif maqṣūrah; final yāʾ dotted. Dark cream paper, hardly translucid, with a few lines visible. Collation: Paper, fol. 26 ; 1-210 36 ; catchword on the verso of a few leaves. Origin: According to colophon, copied for the Khizānat al-jināb al-ʻālī al-mawlawī al-Qāḍawī al-ʻAlāʾī(?) al-mudarris bi-Ṣafad (fol. 26a). No date mentioned. On fol. 1a: Two ownership statements, one in the name of ʻAbd al-Raḥmān(?) al-Bāʻūnī, dated 873 H. [1468 or 9], and one in the name of Muḥammad Salīm al-Ḥamzāwī, dated 1279 H. [1862 or 3], with impression of a seal. On fol. 26b: Reading statement signed Yūsuf al-Bāʻūnī. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
