25 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Dark cream paper with laid (and chain?) lines visible. Foliation in black ink using Arabic numerals. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals. One leaf missing between fol. 8 and 9 (corresponds to ed. Riyāḍ 1994, vol. 1, p. 99, l. 10 - p. 104, l. 4).
