27 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red for keywords and entries. Red teardrop text-stops. The entries are repeated on the margin in red ink with their order number written in black. European glazed paper with watermark. Some leaves are dyed in red, yellow, or green (see fol. 23, 24). Marginal annotations, apparently by the same hand as the main text...
Copy completed at the end of Ṣafar 1165 [Jan. 1752] by Darwīsh Muḥammad Ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Ṣāliḥ Kadkhudā ibn ʻUmar Pāshā ibn Shūrīze Ḥasan Pāshā (colophon, fol. 339b, followed by two lines of poetry).
