23 lines per page. Written in small casual script with very few diacritical dots in black ink with use of red. European glazed paper with watermark. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Fol. 111-120: blank. Verses of poetry in Persian on fol. 121b.
Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "ʻAqāʼid 56". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "277/2 Ḥāʼ".
