Title from colophon (fol. 192a).
Physical description: 25 lines per page. Written in small casual naskh in black ink with use of red. Ḥāshiyah on the margin by several hands (beginning of text). Pieces of paper with gloss and annotations placed between the original leaves. Worm-eaten, with loss of text.
Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "ʻAqāʼid 49". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥ 1248".
Origin: According to colophon, copy completed in Shawwāl 877 [March 1473] (fol. 192a).
