The text is vocalized ; final yāʼ dotted. Chiefly quinions ; catchword on the verso of each leaf (horizontal). Modern foliation using Western numerals (blank between fol. 51 and 52). Inscription in Arabic script on a piece of paper placed at the beginning of the copy: "al-Rawḍ mukhtaṣar al-Rawḍah [next line] Raqm S 13". Origin: According to colophon, copied by Muḥammad ibn ʻAwwād ibn Ghayth al-Dimashqī baladan al-Shāfiʻī madhhaban, known as al-Khaṭīb, 887 H. (fol. 229a ; the date is given in numbers, with apparent re-writing). Collation statement dated 79 on the left margin of the end of the text (fol. 229a ; beginning of date cut off due to trimming of page).
