15 lines per page. Written in thick medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Glazed European paper. Glosses on the margins, between the lines and on smaller pieces of paper pasted between the folios written by the same hand as the main text. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Taṣawwuf thā[nī?] 25...
Copied by Ibrāhīm ibn Ḥasan on Sunday ("yawm yakshambah") 25 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1204. There are other notes on the margins of the colophon.
