Blind stamped lines radiating from a stamped rosette at center divide surface into eight sections. Each section contains 3 or 4 stamped rosettes. Leaves 1a and 34b contain 6 notations of death dates. At end of text: bi-rasm al-qass Anṭāyūs Anṭūniyūs tamma. Paper is laid stock, probably of European origin. Top and bottom edges show slight water stain. Leaves dog-eared.
