Physical description: 29 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh with elements of taʻlīq, in black ink, with use of red for headings, overlining, and re-inking. Thin light cream paper with large laid lines and a few chain lines visible. Catchword on the verso of each leaf.
Inscription in pencil using Arabic numerals on fol. (i)b: "382".
Impressions of two different seals on fol. 1a, one reading "Muḥammad Jawwād(?)".
