Ms. codex. Title from beginning of text (fol. 1a). 29 to 34 lines per page. Written in small naskh in black ink with use of red. On fol. 4a-13b, the text is framed within a single red line. European glazed paper with watermark. Fol. 16 is made of thicker paper and seems to be the original "cover". Marginal notes. On the margin of fol. 8a: short text beginning with "qāla Khālid ibn al-Yazīd hādhihi al-risālah allatī wajadtu ʻind raʼs al-malik... Acquired Murād Bey Bārūdī, Beirut, 1925.
